Lettermail shipping is included in the price of Paper Club (with no additional charge for international customers). If you're purchasing other items with Paper Club, they will ship separately from Paper Club.

At this time, you have the option of purchasing Paper Club month-to-month OR sign up for our automatic monthly subscription. You can update your address, payment details and other customer information from the subscription portal. You can also pause / cancel your subscription at any time.

When will I receive my letter? Can I track it?

Paper Club is sent via Regular Lettermail with Canada Post. This service is untracked. If you live in Ontario, letters generally arrive within 5 business days. If you live in Canada / United States, letters generally arrive in major cities within 2 weeks. International letters can take upwards of 18 business days to arrive.

Local Pick-Up

If you reside in Milton, Ontario (Canada) or in the surrounding area and would like to pick up your order, choose Local Pick Up as your shipping option.

*Only use this option if you will be picking up your order. Unlike our IN STOCK products, your order will NOT be ready in 2-4 business days. Once the order is ready for pick up, an email confirmation will be sent to you along with the pick up location.

When is Paper Club billed each month?

At this time, you have the option of purchasing Paper Club month-to-month or sign up for our automatic monthly subscription.

Paper Club is billed on the same day of the month that you initially sign up. For example, if you sign up on June 11, you'll be billed on July 11 and August 11 ... etc! If you'd like to cancel your subscription you just need to do so before your next billing cycle.

How can I update my address / customer profile?

You can update your address, payment details and pause or cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal under your account.
